I hope people watch and try and understand the logic in using the system, It basically is a 4312 and a 433 using the same players. There will be times in games when I change from one system to the next, perhaps I want to hold onto a lead, in which case i could drop to the 433. Against weaker sides I like to attack them with a 4312.

At times I need to get the ball down the flanks quickly so I change width settings and adjust passing. Sometimes I see a system with a fullback on support and switch to the 433DM and tell my wingback to switch roles to an Inverted Wingback.

On the show I explain the logic in the system, then I show you how I use data to decide who plays and finally i explain some transitions and what I tend to look out for.
