2Hello everyone! Today we are playing Inclement Emerald created by Buffel Saft. This rom hack is based on pokemon emerald but has several quality of life changes added to the gamplay. The game is much harder with enemies having competitive movesets and there is a level cap as well throughout the game. There are several pokemon stat changes in this game, as well as new abilities. The game includes pokemon up to gen 7, uses modern battle engine, an enhanced pokedex, custom mega evolutions. The game also has 3 different difficulties today we are playing on Normal Mode, meaning the enemies will not have EVs but we dont plan on training EVs anyways cause we are lazy lol, so it still should be difficult. There are also new locations added to the game as well!
