This combo can be done on high Whiff Attacks or can be used from Lee's Full Crouch F,D,DF mist step. A pretty good Wall carry in my opinion and can get you away from the wall. At 79 damage for a non counter hit, it's pretty solid, but you do have to crouch cancel into his Standing 4 after the flip kick which can be tricky.
Notations:
1 = Left Punch
2= Right Punch
3 = Left Kick
4 = Right Kick
F = Forward
FF = Double tap forward
FF+(X) = Double Tap forward and press the corrisponding button
B = Back
JF = Just Frame (Button and or direction must be pressed at the exact same time)
Heat Activation = Default heat move usually R1 or RB
Full Crouch = Must be holding down or down forward to be in a Full Crouch state
Crouch Cancel = Certain Moves may leave your character in crouch. These can be canceled out of faster by pressing up at a specific time.

If you don't know what B2 loops are, I highly suggest watching MainManSwe's explanation on it, but in short After doing a few moves, Lee has a mist step that allows him to go forward, kind of like a half Wavedash. When paired with his B2, you get a lot of forward movement from it, which can carry to the opposite wall nicely. Keeping the B2 in a rhythm is imperative. After your 3rd or 4th B2, you're gonna wanna hit back after hitting the B2+F, this will cause Lee to go into a while standing position, and from here doing his While Standing 2,3 will tailspin.


As for the combo string it's:
FC UF4, Crouch Cancel Standing 4, U3, B2*, B2* WS2,3 Heat activation, FF+3 into Blazing Kick (QCB+4)

Not sure how much this combo does on CH, but even just as a mix up, with most resources except Rage, it's pretty good.
