Unlocking all the content tied to the game, including background themes and more. The event kicks off on May 10, 2024.
Running May 10 to May 13, the Tetris 99 40th Maximus Cup event is open to all Nintendo Switch Online members. To join, simply hop into the Tetris 99 online mode during the event timeframe. As you play and achieve various placements in matches, you'll accumulate event points. Once you've reached a total of 100 event points, a new theme inspired by Endless Ocean Luminous will unlock. This theme encompasses background art, music, and Tetrimino designs, immersing you in the aquatic ambiance of the game.
