Abandoned was unveiled to much fanfare in the Summer Game Fest, which led to a flurry of speculation that it was a new Silent Hill title from Hideo Kojima.

Ever since then, it's been an absolute mess. And today's update just cemented the fact that it's someone overreaching with a poor idea.
