I finally finish off this challenge. This time I got a Goryo ('lucky' guess), Poltergeist (didn't bother testing for it), Yurei (no way), and a very fast ghost that was either a Moroi, Thaye, or Hantu. I couldn't quite make out the speed of its footsteps, so I went for the smudge timing tactic - if it smudges for 7.5 seconds, it's a Moroi. If it smudges for less, it's a Thaye. But while it was smudged, it gave off freezing breath. So it was a Hantu!

A 'normal' 150% ghost moves at 3 steps/second during a hunt.

Easy ghosts:
- Deogen (comes to you FAST then very slow as it gets close)
- Thaye (very fast everywhere) - 5 steps per second
- Moroi (almost max speed everywhere - 4 steps per second, goes even faster with line of sight to you)
- Twins (two different hunt speeds, slightly slow and slightly fast)
- Wraith (doesn't step in salt, teleports to you a lot)
- Mimic (Ghost Orb present, hunt behavior changes as it imitates other ghosts)
- Raiju (very fast around electronics)
- Myling (answers paramic a lot, steps are silent to ears more than 10m away)
- Oni (doesn't blink much during hunts - very visible), can't do airball ghost event (the hiss)
- Phantom (blinks out a LOT during hunts - barely visible, follows you around, disappears to a camera photo during an event)
- Spirit (can't hunt after smudge until 3 minutes elapse)
- Revenant (slow until it knows where you are then speeds up a LOT)
- Hantu (very fast near or in ghost room where it's cold, slower everywhere else, will give off freezing breath with the fuse box off, including when smudged)
- Demon (can hunt again in less than 25 seconds, or less than 90 seconds when smudged)

Medium ghosts:
- Onryo (use candles - Onryo blows out candles nearby instead of hunting)
- Yokai (sound/distance test - Yokai is deaf and can't detect voice or electronics beyond 2.5m)
- Obake (watch it shapeshift during a hunt)
- Banshee (follows you on the same floor, uncommon wail in paramic)
- Poltergeist (throws many objects at the same time, throws a lot during hunts)

Hard ghosts:
- Shade (won't start a hunt in the same room as you)
- Goryo (won't change rooms)
- Yurei (um, closes doors?)
- Mare (er, won't turn on a light switch? And more likely to turn off a light switch almost immediately after you turn it on)
- Jinn (vanilla ghost with no abilities when the power is off)

Played on a i7-8700, 16GB 2666 RAM, RTX 3080 10GB LHR, Quest 3, Oculus Link cable 2.5Gb/sec 90Hz @2500p
