The Callisto Protocol's RIOT MODE DLC Almost Broke Me
38The Callisto Protocol's Riot Mode DLC is fun and addicting, adding a new depth of replayability to a high budget single player video game. They had my interest with the trophy list that comes with the Riot Mode DLC. The challenge is making it to wave 50 while unlocking every other Riot Mode DLC Trophy. Although with that replayability I mentioned, a huge chunk of that is repetitive gore and smashing. I'd say by wave 30 it starts to become a chore, but I had a good time!
What is riot mode on Callisto Protocol?
Riot Mode uses a scoring system to track the player's progress, and the enemies get harder as the player continues to survive wave after wave of enemies. The points the player earns also allow them to upgrade their equipment and unlock health injectors and GRP batteries along the way.

The Callisto Protocol is a 2022 survival horror game developed by Striking Distance Studios and published by Krafton. The game is directed by Dead Space series creator Glen Schofield and is considered a spiritual successor to the series. The story follows Jacob Lee (Josh Duhamel), a starship captain who survives a crash landing on the Jovian moon Callisto, only to be captured and incarcerated against his will in a high-security prison. He is subsequently forced to fight for survival when a mysterious illness sweeps the prison, and gradually learns the dark secrets of his captors. Gameplay has players exploring a series of levels, gathering resources and collecting data logs while fighting off infected prisoners.
