redone color palette, originally was going for a crew 1 style look but after messing around i ended more along the lines of motorfest style visuals, little bit brighter, softer and more color with this theres now slight bloom thats noticeable, eye adaptation, and nice guy path traced lighting which again adds global illumination and other neat details like normal mapping roughness and stuff.

Tested on rtx 2060, ryzen 5 2600x roughly sit at 50fps 1080p maxed out with current settings.
