Following on from the everybody lives walkthrough, here is a short video of how to get this single trophy.

Before we start here, it is important to note that we do not want to overwrite our clear save. If you do, you will lose access to the remaining chapters and have to finish the game again to get access back to chapters past what you loaded. So, each time you choose a chapter, make sure to choose NEW SLOT.

Load up the chapter WALL. Decisions here don’t matter just get through all the dialogue until Mark and Kate run to the closing wall with Charlie and Jamie on the other side. FAIL THE QTE. Charlie’s hand will get crushed in the wall to get the trophy.
