I did this on my new game + on casual and I was very close to not get the trophy so here some tips to help you to get the trophy.

#1 - I recommend you to this on casual in New Game + 2 so you will not waste your time to upgrade your weapon.

#2 - Don't tries to get other trophies that will require you more time.

#3 - Do this after a full playthrough will help you to memorize the game.

#4 - Try to skip every enemy you can.

#5 - Don't waste your time to upgrade, pick up gel, document, key and to travel to the mirror.

#6 - I don't know if the cutscene are count for the game time but I recommend you skip every cutscene just in case.

#7 - The following time is when I finished each chapter, so if you take more time than me at each chapter just reload to a precedent chapter.
