7I researched the golden milk and eggs for the new animals, it doesn't carry over to the new animals, that is only a trait of the cow or chicken that won the contest.
When I went over the Journal/Collections tab, here are the items I am missing:
Crops: Cactus, Apple, Olive, Almond, and Watermelon (we will get all of these in Fall)
Artisan Products: Fermented Cheese, Fermented Cheese Wheel, Fermented Goat Cheese
So we will have to do some aging of cheese soon. The new animals will help with some of these!
