In this part, we leave Madra and are ambushed by a group of thieves looking for Isaac. Afterwards, we head to the East Indra Shore and board Piers' Ship. While making our way to the engine room, we encounter a mass of Aqua Jellies which become the Aqua Hydra. After defeating it, we enter the engine room and insert the Black Orb to revive Piers' Ship and gain access to the Eastern Sea.

- The Lemurian Ship Monsters are exclusively scripted battles against the Aqua Jelly (6:14), and Aqua Hydra (13:34).

- The group of Thieves that ambush us as we leave Madra will only appear if you're playing a Linked Game. These thieves are the same ones we defeated with Isaac in order to retrieve Ivan's Shaman Rod back in Golden Sun.

- There are five Treasures scattered throughout Piers' Ship (Lemurian Ship): an Elixir, an Antidote, an Oil Drop, a Potion (Chest), and a Mist Potion (Chest). Unfortunately, the last item cannot be obtained until we can drain the water with the Parch Psynergy from Aqua Rock.
