Paradox Tectonic did share with us first two Creators of Traits and Skills. It does looks like we can make mods in the game without NEEDING third party tools. And to be honest I am really impressed. I have theory question, could Life By You modding abilities become The Elder Scrolls Skyrim but in the Life Sim genre?
