▷ 2 dashes Lemon Juice
▷ 1 dash Angostura Bitters

▷ 3 oz (88 ml) White Rum (Bacardi)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Overproof White Rum (Wray & Nepphew)
▷ 1 whole Lemon (sliced)
□ Spices (1 Cardamom Pod, 2 Clove, BP Flowers)
□ 1/2 oz (15 ml) Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)
□ 1-2 tsp Earl Grey-type Tea (D&Tea Underdark & Chill)
□ 8 oz (236.5 ml) Hot Water
Directions:
1. Infuse rums and lemon for 6+ hours
2. Combine remaining ingredients and steep
3. Strain and combine everything
