YouTube censored my thumbnail for this video because (I'm so ashamed) it had a cartoon finger, pointing at a cartoon butt. *-GASP!-*
I was given no option to appeal. It was just done. "We deleted your art, have a nice day."
So I wrote a comment about it below, in protest. My comment was /TRULY/ profane... showing them what 'lewd' ACTUALLY is. They deleted that TOO.
Then I wrote another comment in protest -- less profane. YouTube deleted that one as well...

Each quietly. Without a word. My text simply purged in the night. SHADOW-BAN style.
"Welcome to YouTube! Can I sell you some wireless earbuds? Or a VPN?"

As an artist, surprisingly, I'm not a fan of my art being censored by corporate shills masquerading as puritans. And boy, when I'm being censored by capitalist sociopaths pretending they understand the concept of 'other people,' I REALLY don't like having my PROTEST of the censorship I'm being censored with, CENSORED.

I don't know why exactly. I mean, I guess it's kind of like, at that point, they're just deleting any evidence of the abuses they've committed; Like they're removing any proof of the unhappy and dissatisfied communities shouting in anger and outrage at the slow-death of art brought on by the strangling hands of a platform that sets standards which teach those who participate with it to make sure their work falls in-line with the agendas of Walmart and Pepsi Co, lest thy great lord THE ALGORITHM smite thy art to the bottom of the moat of the non-economically-viable.

I guess it's kind of like, YouTube manages a massive, global, public space. You know, like a government. But YouTube is a regime where no one is allowed to say, "I don't like YouTube." Or even share the story of how YouTube censored and destroyed their work for no reason. It's almost like an oppressive, propagandist machine is steadily crafting a false social narrative by deleting anything that runs counter to the willfully misleading image of its corporate line.

I mean, it's LIKE that. But I'm sure it's not THAT.
Clearly, their intentions are PURE.
