When Nike created the "speed" boot concept with the original Mercurial in 1998, not only did it change football boots forever, but it's also a category that they would dominate for the next 12 years! That was until 2010, when Adidas released a football boot that would embarrass Nike by showing how all of the expensive boot tech they were pushing at the time was useless!
In this retro review re-boot video, we take a closer look at the 2010 OG Adidas F50 adizero in leather and synthetic! By far the lightest football boot the World had ever seen and the first time Adidas had a legitimate answer to the Nike Mercurial series. Is the F50 adizero the best "speed" boot ever?
