The Worst Collab In Gaming
11,207Almost every Online Video Game today has Collaborations with a Third Party to promote not only characters from a franchise, but also a specific person’s brand as well; Fortnite and Smash Bros are some popular examples.
But what if we take a 4 player Co-Op game like PayDay 2 into consideration? Some Collaborations make perfect sense like some movie brands like John Wick and Scarface; and for the few video game Collabs like Hotline Miami not only incentives players to check out the series itself, but Payday itself was able to flesh out the characters more than their original series.
One such Collaboration they have added not only didn’t add anything to the overall enjoyment out of the game, but is widely resented from the community as being not only the worst DLC of all time, but the worst Collaboration in gaming as a whole.
The H3H3 character pack originally wasn’t a planned Collaboration, but an April Fools joke that StarBreeze and Overkill were well known for their community for. But when this April Fools joke became a reality, so many things about it were not only clunky or not fun to use, but everything the DLC had to offer was considered completely unviable within PayDay 2’s meta,
