The success of the intermodal harbor has been a huge boon to Magnolia County and it's newest community Chairity Bay! And the residents of the community are ready to incorporate - which Governor Johnson has taken a keen interest in. However, her interests are not just with the community, but also the harbor, and she hopes to create a harbor district to own and maintain the harbor as the same time that the community incorporates.

This will eventually pass and Chairity Bay will make a number of key investments to shake its company town past. We'll use this as an opportunity to bend Cities Skylines 2 to our will in a build that just might change the way you detail in Cities Skylines 2. We'll make a custom city park, separate sub buildings from their main buildings, and create beaches and marinas with ease... with the help of a few mods and the developer mode.

This is a HUGE build, but it's a much needed improvement to the community. Enjoy!
