James Jones is about to break ground on his newest project - a community surrounding a brand new Clearwater Southern cargo train terminal. He was able to acquire this land before anyone else realized its value because of some information that he "happened to stumble upon." But stumbling upon this information has caused him to make a few enemies - enemies that may impact his development's viability.

in this episode, we'll build this new development - a village near Spasm Electronics built to serve the aforementioned cargo terminal. We'll build everything the community needs including roads, city services, parks, and a variety of zoning (or we'll try at least). We'll also build the terminal, and tee up future development around the lake. However, certain types of development will fill in within the new village for a very specific reason...

And near the end, we'll make fixes based on YOUR feedback, so stick around until the end!
