In Through The Woods machen wir, zusammen mit unserem Sohn Espen, Urlaub in einer Hütte im Wald. Alles scheint ideal zu sein doch am nächsten Tag ist Espen verschwunden. Als wir uns auf die Suche nach ihn machen sehen wir ihn wie er grade von einem Fremden in ein Boot gezogen wird und entführt wird. Jetzt beginnt die furchtbare Jagd nach dem Entführer unseres Sohnes, in der Hoffnung ihn noch Lebend wieder zu sehen.


Wir erreichen endlich die Spitze des Berges dort treffen wir tatsächlich auf Erik und Espen. Diese stehen an einem Abgrund zum Maul eines riesigen Wolfes, jenen Wolfes der die Kinder verspeist. Doch können wir Espen retten ?
