0Toem is a wholesome adventure that puts you in the shoes of a young amateur photographer on a captivating journey to witness a magical phenomenon known as Toem. To reach this wonder, you must navigate through various charming towns, each with its own distinct personalities and challenges. But worry not, as the travel system operates on a unique barter system that rewards kindness and helpfulness.
Throughout the game, quest characters will reward you wiith their stamps for taking photographs or assisting them with their needs. Their requests however often come with obscure hints, demanding a mix of logic, exploration, investigation, and problem-solving skills, with some needing to be done in a specific order.
The quests are not very difficult, and only about half have to be completed in each town to move onto the next. As a result, the main storyline only takes about 2 and a half hours to complete, but I found my play through to be a perfect balance of content and story pace.
With its charm and packed content, TOEM provides a captivating experience that feels both fulfilling and heartwarming.
For those seeking a short casual adventure, this is an experience you don't want to miss out on. It is an enjoyable journey filled with creativity and positive vibes, but due to the short length, I would recommend waiting for it to be on offer.
Overall, I give this game 82 percent.
