Pro Skater 1 + 2 is a remaster of the first two games: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. Trying to capitalize on the growing popularity of skateboarding as a sport, the Tony Hawk's series of video games started in 1999 with Pro Skater, which was immediately followed by Pro Skater 2 in 2000.

Both games, especially Pro Skater 2, were extremely well received critically and commercially, spawning one of the most commercially successful video game franchises of the 2000s, and now they are back and remastered in grand style.
