Total War: Rome II - A.I. FAIL!! Angry Rant

Reordered from last scene to first scene this time for the A.D.D. stricken who comment before watching fully, Total War Fanboys (I am one of them), and Grammar Nazi's (I pronounced Phalanx right this time for you). I guess you will still find a way to say nope everything is 100% perfect.
I've played this game for 12+ hours and the Campaign Map A.I. has rarely attacked me, I've fought maybe 1 open-field battle between full stack armies (the A.I. loves to have multiple stacks of 2-3 unit each instead of 1 full stack of 10).
All of these things need to be patched ASAP - Land Battle Speed, Naval Battles, Magical Flags when sally forth'ing from a Siege, Campaign Map Aggressiveness, Battle A.I.,oh and what happen to Family trees?
