31This is actually a video from the demo, but since only one spellcard changed (Her first endstage), i decided to keep this, besides, the new version of the spellcard is ultra-piss-easy and not-so-interesting to watch, while the old one was considered extremely hard.
A perfect run (no deaths, no bombing) of stage 3 of SA's demo, considering the 2 patches we got for the demo didnt change any danmaku, im guessing itll stay the way it is once the official game comes out.
Probably one of the hardest stages of the series, at least it seems to outdo the stage3 of its predecessors, this stage is pretty fun nevertheless.
Everything is pretty easy, until you reach the part after yugi's midboss encounter, the laser spam that insues is extremely tough to dodge, i died like mad on it every time on the first attempts, and now i only beat it 50-60% of the time after maybe 200 tries.
The first endstage spellcard is complete bullshit, i cleared it relatively easy in this video, but sometimes i swear the randomness of the card makes it so theres no way out of it. If you destroy the rings, they destroy all the bullets around it, but it just makes the spellcard deadlier because it spawns big circle bullets.
The bubble spam spellcard "Oore Mountain Fall Wind Lunatic" is my favorite spellcard of the demo, its inexplicably fun to play against, and when i messed up my runs, i just timed it out everytime i could, plus the best part of the stage music usually starts exactly on that spellcard.
the nonspellcard after it is pretty chaotic, but i rarely fail it, though i didnt get very lucky in this video, my other attempts against it just kill it very quickly with barely any surprise.
The last spellcard is pretty much a joke to anyone used to danmaku, though it can kill you sometimes, but its nothing special.
Ive practiced this stage over and over, i dont believe its as bullshit as people make it be, but its still definitely hard, and fun. But hey, at least the boss theme is pretty good, so its entertaining in a way while practicing it : P
I am not going to upload another video of Stage3 of the official version, its the exact same as this anyway, except with flashier glow effects when bullets spawn and the first endstage spellcard is now so easy its trivial (like any touhou beginner could beat it on their first try.. even if its lunatic)
