Spamming X and C makes this Lunatic 1cc very easy up to the final spell, where you need 2-3 lives for if you aren't good at dodging like me. If I made fewer mistakes getting the 500M extend would have been a lot easier.
Not much to say, otherwise, just abuse summer releases and memorize safspots, especially the one at stage 4 second half.
This is definitely not an example of how many mistakes you can make and still get a lunatic 1cc in Touhou (the death at the end of stage 3 was intentional to avoid overflowing the life count, the bomb after was not)
