After the awesome JRPG that was Trails in the Sky FC, the logical next step was to jump right in to Sky SC (which stands for Second Chapter). As the name suggests, this is a second title in the Sky trilogy and takes place in the Kingdom of Liberl, which is south of Cold Steels Erobonia.

Now, before we get into it, I need to point out that there is a HUGE requirement to play Trails in the Sky FC first. The story and characters are DIRECTLY related to Sky FC and not playing this would not only cause a load of confusion, but you’ll also be doing yourself a great injustice if you don’t experience the awesome game first hand. As for all of the other Trails games, these will have little to no impact on your understanding of Sky SC.
