I got a new computer and my old OBS Studio settings were reset. When I tried to add the Twitch chat back in I couldn't find it like before. Most tutorials online are outdated in where to add the Twitch chat or they have alternatives that makes OBS studio record your Twitch chat browser. StreamLabs just redesigned their website and hid the Chat Box Overlay behind a few more pages but I'm glad to see it's still available and not locked behind Prime features.
