So upon further inspection, we found out that Ty 1 was originally supposed to have 3 more collect-a-thon levels, including a fourth hub world section. You were supposed to ride the boar again in this level which is why it takes so long to traverse through as regular Ty. All credit goes to NotSoCheezy and Koushi for creating this mod for us all to see!
