This is a test of Special Fish, the tech that lets you swim through solids. It's one of the few techs that has managed to evade me for this long, but I think that with this video it should be easier to understand for me. The most basic info I can give you on this is that it's enabled by getting stuck between ledge-climbing and swimming. In my experience dashing forwards and looking up and to the left appears to be the most reliable way to trigger it, as I did in the video. I know there are a lot of mistakes in this but frankly those can be ironed out later on.
