After 2 months of not playing this game at all, I found out they released a new patch with Jessica on it, and I expected her to be out around December on Ougon 2.
I got this patch yesterday, so I'm not doing THAT well with her, but I can see how she can work well with Siesta410's abilities.
Jessica is a peculiar character, since she has alot of multi hitting abilities and can actually dodge + hit with a few of them, which can be countered by hitting her with a low hit. Her meta ability is Kirisame Marisa's Master Spark from the series ''Touhou'', the beam is shot upwards and hits multiple times.
