35I did the tas with up and back because i wanted to see if it floated even better than upback but they are the same so in theory the optimal way to do this is upback to back because then you'd be blocking at every moment no matter what the opponent did.
This is 1 up then 1 back the next frame so in theory there are 30 floats per second going on here but sadly still not enough to float forever.
