UPDATE to previous video "Huge Map Combo - Mod Order - American Truck Simulator v1.48". I did some exploring and found some broken roads around Oklahoma and in the Coast to Coast map, so I removed the offending maps etc. and replaced them with new and updated ones to fix the issues.

Just remember nothing is 100% perfect so this may not work for you as some of your mods will be different than mine.
