I have heard things on the forums about starting NG+ and not having all your items immediately, so I decided to have a go at this. So here is the first look at it, as I'm still messing around with the files, but here I have made it so you can access a lot of items, from the start of a NORMAL game, and yes it can save your game with those updates, so it's able to be played, saved, and then continued. I haven't got every gadget though, but I have most of them, you can get the double and triple batarang by using points to get them, but otherwise they are unlocked, and if you can't get the Sonic Shock Batarang in the Worst Nightmare Challenge, you'll have it immediately, which is something I haven't got on my finished game.
In order to save the progress with these updates, is start a whole new game and then start this mod, if you use this mod over an existing completed or even half completed game, then you will be stuck in the first part of Blackgate where the warden is.

INSTRUCTIONS: (Updated 20/6/15)

Step 1: Download the file below

Step 2: Put it any numbered folder in your SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\DLC folder,

Step 3: Start up a new save file, enter the game to where you move around, and then press F1.

THAT'S IT! Just play and save like normal, and then come back and play when you want, no need to have to press any other keys to continue from your save point, just load your new save game and then continue.

P.S: You will have the "Sonic Batarang" AND Sonic "Shock Batarang" which requires Challenges 3 and 10 of the Worst Nightmare Challenge in order to get. (so if you can't get those challenges done, you don't need to worry about missing out on gadgets)
