We now have a proper landing zone on the planet. The next order of business is rescuing survivors of the bug assault, then taking back the Capital of Srofeld as a staging area for assaults on major bug positions across the region. There is a high concentration of Tigers within the city, and command believes this is a better chance for the Pulse Rifles to shine, since our initial tests proved they are not ideal for long range bugs. Putting that aside, rescuing civilians is your top priority. There is no point in saving a city if nobody is alive to live in it.
