39This is why Vegeta is the best character in all of anime. He’s just so awesome! Sure, this attack might not have worked on Cell, but you have to admit it was still really badass and this scene was amazing. In the background, I decided to add Saiyan Blood (his theme song in DBZ Kai) to make it even more epic as he fires the final flash at Cell. Hope you enjoy this edit of an iconic scene!
