Victoria 3: Where Can Paradox Go From Here? It Needs More Content!
#victoria3 #voiceofthepeople #gaming #strategy
Victoria III is a great game with fantastic potential. In my opinion, it is missing content that will define it in the future, and in this video let's talk about it. With the Voices DLC getting mixed reactions, what do you think is missing in Vic III?
I want to know: What do you think is missing in this game, and what content do you want to see added for this wonderful game?
I love Vic III, and I think this game could have more content, more DLC that expands into the Victorian Era, that adds more mechanics this video is supporting Vic III, and it is just an average joe's opinion of what I think Vic III needs in the coming months/years. This game in my opinion just needs more content and more patches. I think Vic III can become the greatest of Paradox Games, I want more stuff. More initial mechanics, more distinction between nation-states and empires, and further political mechanics to have. I'm going into a lot of detail, but also my timestamps are at the bottom of this post:
This is the Victorian Era that is sadly not given enough representation in video games. I think Victoria III could be all of this: It should have deeper economic simulation such as the Gold Standard, Wall Street, Central Banks, recession, etc, more railway simulation as in Railway Empire/Railroad Tycoon, more diplomatic options such as buying the shares of other nations forcing them into bankruptcy, adding a spy network across of all Europe, funding political groups within the said nation to trigger revolutions and install a pro-friendly government more friendly to you while they support you at the expense of their own people. It needs more naval mechanics, much more.
Interested to hear your thoughts!
I also apologize for any audio issues, because my mic was not working as much as I would want it to.
