Time attack is getting all 4 keys (and in my case the 8 coins) in the level of Wario Land 3 in the fastest time. This video covers all 25 levels.
Though I tried to go fast, each of the levels can be improved and done quicker. Each level is done in one shot, without save states. For example if you are very good at enemy-jumping, you can use shortcuts this way in some levels (or use save-states in the level but please don't brag about it).
