🎮 Evolve is a game by Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games that was released in 2015. It features unique asymmetrical gameplay in a 4v1 format and did a great job of it. Hunters team up to hunt down the Monster, who along the way can evolve to higher stages, gaining access to more abilities and damage potential. Though the game had endless potential, it has since been shutdown. However, with a bit of manual configuration, you can still play online*! Once I found this out, I had to spin up my old favorite again...
🎮 Evolve Legacy is the "original" version of Evolve, before it was reinvented as "Evolve Stage 2" in an attempt to revive the game. "Stage 2" is a vastly different game from Evolve Legacy, from the characters to the game mechanics.
