Plaza de Panique (Panic Plaza) certainly lives up to its name as a large open space right on the overlap between Redneck and Zaibatsu turf, making it a good place to watch the two gangs fight with each other, police and muggers.
I certainly wouldn't want to be a commuter relying on the nearby bus stop for transport, considering the constant firefights (but at least the buses come with decent frequency, I guess).
