Wow, I was never going to like Haseo, but I'm done sympathizing with him. Any chance we can make Kuhn the protagonist instead? The thing I hate most about .hack//GU is it substitutes actual, substantive character development with superficial anime tropes. Haseo is just Sasuke. Saku is Harley Quinn. Haseo and Pi's dynamic is just jokes about old hags. There is some actual good writing going on, but it's really hard to see it under this mountain of unoriginal crap ...
