Sea of Thieves is an action-adventure, cooperative multiplayer game based in a pirate-themed universe. The game is played from a first-person perspective. The game supports cross-platform play between Microsoft Windows PC systems and Xbox One / Xbox Series video game consoles. A sandbox game, in which a group of players travel and explore an open world. Using a pirate ship to traverse the map and assuming different roles. From a helmsman on the wheel, hoisting sails, navigation with compass and map, and a cannoneer manning the cannons. Players embark on quests, dig up loot and engage in PVP combat with other players. Sea of Thieves is a shared game world, which means groups of players will encounter each other regularly throughout their adventures along with facing the environment with quests and world events.
