Even more bizarre moves! Up tilt is... A command grab! Well, sorta, its main function is kind of normal, that is, an upward attack, but if you are rather close it may also grab the enemy.
Down tilt is uh... Probably not too unusual compared to other attacks, it's a ground stab followed by electrifying the ground, weak, but paralyses for a bit. Since it's a paralyse hit-type it can stack with the stun from held forward tilt.
