It's time once again for a brand new Football Manager series, and for the first time I am revisiting a previous series idea with Eastern Resurgence. We're managing CSA Steaua Bucharest, the first, and only one of two sides from Eastern Europe to win a major European competition.
After some legal issues between the Romanian army and the club that now call themselves FCSB, Steaua are back but find themselves in the Romanian lower leagues.
