What happens if you put MARS.wad on GZDoom

1Yep, somethings wrong, and somethings weird going on. This wad is not IWAD game file that I actually got from the internet and is not compatible with GZDoom. It's an infamous Chinese Doom clone that says "Mars 3D" with a soldier saying, "Kiss-u-mah-ass!"
The interface is unhinged; only one game could do that in MS-DOS. However, the texture is changing. But there's a catch: things are getting different and bizarre.
The funny thing is, I looked up the first secret, which is the armor that was replaced by a soldier. Aren't you too cannibal to eat a human and get some armor?
