There is plenty of doomsaying already online about the just announced Total War: Pharaoh, but I am excited for it, because I think it has a good chance of being the most historically accurate Total War game in quite some time. Also, because I podcast on ancient Mesopotamian history, and this is pretty close to that, hopefully the campaign DLC will be the rise of Assyria or the Isin-Larsa period or something like that.
