We are witnessing the end of the Halo franchise in real time. 343 is incompetent and Microsoft seems to be jumping ship. I wouldn't call the future of Halo 'uncertain' at this point like others are I would call it just a matter of time. Microsoft is jumping ship. They've got Bethesda, they're trying to get Activision Blizzard, Halo isn't their priority anymore and I don't even think they'll continue it at the rate things are going.
