It's been seven years since the Yuri on Ice!!! movie was announced, and animation studio MAPPA has yet to share any new developments about Ice Adolescence. Personally, I've decided to give up on waiting for the movie or looking for it—not just because of the lack of news, but also because of recent moves by MAPPA itself (including worrisome statements by its CEO Manabu Otsuka).
