This new fix bypasses the NetDeLLBroken error while allowing the game to work with Demulshooter

A number of people myself included have been getting a NetDLLBroken error when starting Wild West Shootout. The crash seems to be related to a permissions issue. The game doesn't like to be launched as administrator and if your account is an admin you're out of luck, until now.
