The tier 8 German battlecruiser is... a bit wonky. But is it bad enough that it'll make you pull your hair out, and you're better off just free-XP'ing over the tier, and get to the goodness of the Prinz Rupprecht at T9?

Well, I've only ever played that ship during my initial review when the line came out, so I'll put on a completely free configuration - no historical camo, no legendary captains, no premium anything - and we'll take this funny looking ship for a spin.
