[World Record] Van Helsing PS2 NG+ Speedrun - 23:51
16Decided to finally sit down and run the PS2 Van Helsing a bit, since one of my viewers, GaeaNyx, suggested the game to me. The NG+ run for this game is super quick since you get to sequence break a couple sections (due to having a couple weapons earlier than intended), and also having the gatling gun the whole game. The game really had it out for me in my attempts to get this run, as it crashed and softlocked on two runs previously. Worth noting that I opted to run without a memory card for this run, after loading from the file, as the game saves between every room, losing you time. I'm not sure how much time overall this saves, but it's probably a minute or two. This run marked the end of my time with Van Helsing for the foreseeable future, but it was a good detour from some other projects. Thank you for watching!
